This person is of very distant relation, we were close as children, now 20 years later, I would like to find him and I don't know how. I have checked myspace, the phonebook, zaba search and other sites like it, classmates.com, and nothing online so far has been fruitful. I don't know where to find any of his relatives other than my close family, and they know nothing of his whereabouts. Is there something that will search speciffically for lost family members, though it may be hard to put our relation onto paper...several marriages tied us together and now several divorces have untied us. Please help if you can. Please only give serious answers...save jokes for someone else, please.

First, you need to know two things. Genealogy is about researching dead ancestors. It's unethical to give out personal information on living persons. Best suggestion is to track down family connections, networking. Someone, maybe from 'back in the old neighborhood' knows something.

his information will be in the marriage records, which you should be able to get free from the family court of the county he got married in, same with divorce. his personal information will be in there. then you can take it to an investigation firm near you and they will charge you a fee to run the information for his current address. you might get lucky, his current one could be the one in the records. remember to get all marriage and divorce. peace!
