its a pore strip recipe. it says to use Knox unflavored gelatin, but could i use another brand? like would it not work the same if the brand was different?

They say to use Knox unflavored gelatin because it's the most recognizable. I don't know who else, if anyone, distributes unflavored gelatin. But in case you find some unknown brand, parts is parts. Always read and compare the labels. Gelatin is gelatin no matter who's name is on the label, so use it. I

Gelatin = gelatin. Brand doesn't matter as long as it is plain & unflavored.
