Im 17 and i never had a boyfriend. I am getting really lonely and i cant seem to wait any longer. Is there something i can do differently without changing myself. I dress kind of sloppily, but thats just because i hate being labeled based on the clothes i wear. Does this matter. I do wear little makeup. I know that most guys hate my friends, a lot of guys would treat me really nicely then when they see who my friends are they treat me like sh*t. I am kind of annoyed with them sometimes too. What can i do differently to help attract more guys to me? but i also dont want to seem like im trying too hard. I really cant stand being lonely.

You need to start (as do i, currently going though something similar +5 years or so) being open to the possibility of getting a boyfriend. I know what you will most likely be thinking, "im already doing that, im on here arnt i?".
At least in my case i worked it out that i am doing it subconciously thinking that im unloveable (which i still hold to be true :P). That sort of thinking will cause you to act in such a way that makes you look unavalible from a 3rd person view.
Although with me, i think im pritty much used to being alone so its not so bad, but i wouldnt mind having a gf ^^

Okay, First of all (Unfortunatly) dressing sloppy is a downer.
So just dress right. Dressing right is dressing in clothes without food on them. Maybe wear jeans? Though what can really make a guy attached is random acts of kindness. They will think you dig them, so they will dig you. For example, a guy drops something. Pick it up for him. Hope I helped.

Unfortunately, dressing less sloppily is a start. I am not saying that it will suddennly change everything, but it is a start. Just start to be more social with guys and become more friendly with them.

dressing nice would certainly improve your situation, don't change anything about yourself just to get some one though. unless you were going to change that aspect of your personality regardless of if you met some one or not. If you get really lonely talk to your friends/ family or even go to a chat room if that helps. Loneliness sucks :(

The time will come when one guy sees something special in you and when he doesn't mind your friends. You can't really force these things. Just try to act nicely toward everyone and never let your friends get in your way.

don't forget. there are plenty of boys who are asking the same question: "Will i ever get a girlfriend?" so dont be hy, and after some time you will find someone,just be patient
