I believe it is. I believe that it's part of how we identify ourselves, and that's important. Sex may not be everything to us, and it's certainly not everything in a marriage. But it's a biiig part of it. Right? How can something that big not be part of who we are? People who have tried to force their sexuality into hiding, or had twisted, hateful views of it have caused a whole lot of pain and suffering.

It depends if your sexuality is the same as the dominant one in your social circle. If it is, you hardly notice it, just like most Europeans barely notice that they're white. If it isn't, then it is more likely to be a defining part of your personality.

I believe it is. How you feel about yourself shapes a huge part of you. Your sexuality is an important role in how you feel about yourself. If you're comfortable in your sex life, no matter your preference, you will be more confident and content with yourself. There's something to be said for inner strength.

Yes, for sexuality is a worldly thing not heavenly.
Therefore I rebuke my lust and gladly stay on a path of abstinence.
