You really aren't going to widen them that much from what the bone structure would already dictate. I suppose you could add muscle on either side of your arm, but your shoulder bones are not going to get farther apart.
Thank goodness.
What you can do is physically make your upper arms bigger which has the same appearance. To do this well, you need all kinds of different upper-arm exercizes. You should probably also do twisting and curling, etc.

bench pressing.
keep this in mind. lifting weights will not make you live longer, have more endurance. or be healthy.
you must do stuff like joging and what not.
dont just do upper body workouts. youll end up a wimp. even if you can bench 250 lbs. i know this from experience. work your leggs also.
less weight, more reps make you look more tone with less bulk
