No. Why aren't they spayed and neutered?

Ummm, I'll take a stab at this, #1 a 6 month old dog is too young to breed, #2 a 6 month old dog should still have some growing left in him (obviously assuming you are feeding him properly for him not to be stunted in his growth.) And finally as long as there is no fighting/major bullying going on, don't see a problem with your dog socializing with your brother's dog.

You should not mate pits. BSL makes it almost a sure thing that some or all of the puppies will end up being destroyed.
And six months is too early to mate a dog, especially a female. A 6mo old male usually doesn't fair too well with an older dog because she will bite him.

You mean "Can she get pregnant if my male was to breed her." As soon as she comes into season, which should be very soon (in a couple of months), the answer is "YES!" But, if that was to happen, you would be putting the female and any subsequent puppies at risk. No female dog should EVER be bred during their first season. They are still puppies and neither their bodies or brains are prepared for motherhood. No female should be bred until they're two years old. Get the female spayed and the male neutered and you won't have to worry!

There are way too many unwanted pets. If you are not a liscenced breeder please don't breed them.

A male pit should not be sexually mature enough to have sperm until 14-16 months. Having sex young will not stunt the growth of males. It can stunt and even kill females.

no your male will keep growing.
and the female he bred will most likely have pups....
it is to bad the shelters are overrun with pit bulls and you should not have allowed the 2 dogs to breed.

I think you should have your boy Neutered though.

Do you mean like what size would the puppies be? That is a gamble like 50/50. If this is not what you mean, please be more clear.
