Not with payroll taxes, as this money actually was supposed to be paid on behalf of your employees. You were required to make periodic payments thru the year as you withheld these taxes from an employees paycheck. This isn't your money that you owe, but that of the people that worked for you.

Rob is correct. I'd just add that it's not the corp that the IRS will go after, but the S-Corp's officers as well as any employees who were responsible for the calculation and payment of the taxes.
