I would! I'd be a hawk, and attack all the pigeons nesting on my roof.
Or else I'd be a raven, and sit on a branch looking ominous. I'd spend the whole day trying to say "Nevermore" and freak out any humans walking by.

Yes definitely.
Not sure on which bird, something that would not be likely to get eaten by something else & something that can fly & soar really well.

Yes, and I would be a crow -- they are very intelligent and highly social, and extremely curious and clever... they get into all sorts of adventures.
