I know him through Jesus as my personal friend. I spend a couple of hours a day in conversation with Him and He talks to me as much as I talk to him, infact sometimes He can't get a word in edgwise. Sometimes I need His rebuke and He gives it gently but it still hurts and is effective. Other times He knows my fragility and He carries me. He gives me some wonderful insights, right out of the blue , by His Holy Spirit and gives me words to reach out to others in His love. He is my comfort and my strength and gives me words of encouragement and praise. He is wonderful and lovely and as tangible to me as you are. When my husband died I couldn't sleep for days. I asked Him (Jesus) to spread His wings over me and immediately He gently covered me and I slept for the first time in days. He has been with me now for 22 years and has never left my side. its an honor. a really great honor to know God and to talk to God. its really great. well we all have a relationship with God he is the father of all and father of mankind and the creator of all.

You involve God in your day to day life.
You can literally sit and have a conversation with him as if he is right there with you. You lift up your sorrows and your pain to him and allow him to work through you to help others.

I think it's like having an imaginary friend. You can't see or hear or touch this friend but if you pretend hard enough you can convince yourself that this friend is real.
