why did my phone screen go blank? I used to be able to make calls now i can't. Can this be fixed?

What happend is that the phone took a hit. The backlight went out, more than likely. Try plugging it in and seeing what happens. If nothing try turning it off and on. If you still dont have anything you can call your phone company, or take it in. if you dont have insurance they will probably make you buy a new one. Good luck!

try replacing the batteries.
