I upload my video via Windows Movie Maker. I press play on the camcorder and press start capture. I see the video in preview and it is perfect until after 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, the video becomes choppy in the preview and it does not upload correctly. Any suggestions?

Make sure that your computer meets the system requirements:

You can also help by defragmenting the hard drive and not running other applications when capturing video.

the problem almost certainly is in the computer and not the camera. if it is an older computer, it may not have the media type hard drive. traditional hard drives have to stop and re-calibrate for temperature making continuous loading impossible. Another thing could be buffer capacity in the solid state memory, plus you should shut down all processes during the loads. Either the CPU or the hard disk is being over tasked and causing the dropped frames.
