Steve Benson is the grandson of ezra taft benson, former mormon prophet.
I was amazed after reading his and his wife's story. All I heard when I was in mormonism is that he left because he was spreading lies about the church, which is an completely untrue.
Their story is quite enlightening.

I would attack my family too, if they treated me like that. I don't quite understand why he let them ex him. I would have just told them where to stick it and that they didn't have any authority over me (Like they think they do but don't), and to bother somebody else.

I just finished reading Mary Ann Benson's story. While I don't agree with everything she said, there is one point where I can totally respect her, and that is that my husband and I both agreed that, if we ever decided that the LDS church was wrong (not that we expect this to ever happen) that we would no doubt leave Christainity altogether.
