Yes, it is very possible. Just like a person with no teeth, they need a soft diet, such as food soaked in water, or canned food. They require a bit more attention as they can very easily choke on large, hard things if they try to chew them.
Best of luck!

I adopted a toothless Yorkie from a rescue 3 years ago and my Vet estimates her to be around 12 or years old. She eats a canned Science Diet food and boiled chicken with rice and is doing great. She can eat soft treats, it just takes her a little while. Trust me, she has NEVER missed a meal. She is a real chow hound! I also give her a vitamin to be sure she gets all she needs. Your Pom can live a long time with proper care and food, not to mention regular Vet visits. LOL :)

I have a dog that only has half of her teeth left. I called the University of Minnesota, Veterinary department because I wanted to get her implanted teeth. They said they would do it, but I would have to buy the equipment at the price of $60,000!
What they told me is that they are domestic dogs and they do just fine without teeth. If it were a wild dog, it would not survive, but there are soft foods that they do just fine with, and strongly suggested I do not get implanted teeth for my dog.
I just feel so sorry for her having just a few teeth left!

yes a lot of people would give either moistened dry or can food but I knew a chihuahua that ate dog biscuits the really large ones for shepherds without teeth. she would know on it or if she got tired she would put it in the water dish to soften it she also would eat dry food didn't like anything else.

Sure, there are lots of soft dog foods, plus anyone person or animal, their gums harden with no teeth, and can eat anything.
