I've been of the f*gs for over two years now. My grump is about the weight I've put on - about two bloody stones. From the day I stopped, I've had no withdrawal or anything but my taste buds discovered that SWEETIES and other goodies tasted really, really good, hence the weight gain!

SPOT: I'm not grumpy! In fact I can have a really good laugh now without coughing, spluttering and hacking for 10 minutes. LOL
