pretty high in calories as a half a banana is one serving according to weight watchers. Great source of potassium though! The one thing I would advise is the more bananas you eat, the tastier your blood becomes to mosquitoes. If you really love bananas, you can counteract the mosquito attraction with one B multivitamin daily. For some reason the bugs will leave you alone if you take B Vitamins.

No it is not bad for you although to be really healthy it helps if you add variety to the fruit you consume. I recently wrote an article on the banana that may interest you. I have linked to it below.

Sisters are fun, right? I bet she wants all the bananas for herself.
No, 2 bananas a day are not bad, unless you are allergic to bananas. Now have fun telling your sister she's wrong.

Bananas are good for you but I don't eat enough fruit myself, but hey I've not been eating fruit for years and I'm still alive so maybe not eating them is healthy too.
Are you any relation to Lisa or Jimmy? hehehe
To HGSADDGH: I'm already older!!!

Its only bad if thats all you eat! If you eat a balanced diet it wont hurt you, and its full of stuff that makes you happy so why not.
