well everytime i click close(the red X in the top right corner) it closes all my links how can i fix it? (i know this is really hard to understand but if you do answer thanks to those who help)

Sounds like you are using TAB mode of IE7
every tab has a GREY X to close just that TAB
the red X closes the IE session

Instead of closing on the X, you should have tabs on the Taskbar (on the bottom) for all open programs. On the Yahoo toolbar, there are tabs for open web pages. Each has an X to close a particular tab.

if u wan't to close all tabs ( internet explorer 7 or mozilla firefox} click on the tab u want to close then bring ur cursor to the right corner of the tab witch u will see a x button and close it

start the browser, then click tools and click internet options. click tabs setting and u should get it from there.
