I go to this place that some bartenders use the automated measurer, coffee with Bailey's. There is a definite differance in two bartenders drinks. One measures with jigger and the other uses electronic thing.

The electronic pourer does not expect to get a tip from a customer if it is more generous. However the bartender does, so that accounts for the difference right there. And of course that is why corporate bar owners like the electronic ones.

I'm sure that some bartenders are a little more generous with their "Pourings". I've seen it with my own eyes, the jigger gets full and then there is that little extra splash. Enjoy it when it happens!
