do you have to charge state, city, and county sales tax when you are running a grocery store in colorado?

We are all new to this business and we can't figure out which sales taxes we are to apply to our items, or if different items get a different sales tax. PLEASE HELP.

wow...don't you have an accountant? surely you have an accountant. If not, get one. He/she will tell you what to do about taxes such as sales tax.

Yes, and the sales tax rate in CO varies by location.

You will need to apply for a state sales tax license as well as individual sales tax licenses for each city that you operate in.
