You didn't mention whether or not this Atheist is in love with you..
Your obvious first step is to find out then decide from there whether or not the two of you are able to accept each others beliefs and make a life together or not..

If you aren't open to marriage right now, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if you are thinking about marriage, then ask yourself this: Are you two spiritually compatible? If so, see if you're compatible in other areas as well. If not, then cut things now. People oftentimes ignore spirituality when it comes to romantic relationships, and many will say that religion does not matter. It DOES, because religious compatibility is an important factor into what makes two people compatible for marriage.
Let's say that eventually you marry this person. Would he be willing to raise his kids as Bible believing Christians? Would you have a problem with them knowing that Daddy doesn't believe? These are serious things to consider, not to be taken lightly.
If you must cut it now, better to cut it now than to get divorced later.

There is no proof he is right God, but there is plenty that you are wrong about a Christian God. Leave your faith - free yourself from the mythology and make a life for yourself.

Love is love. You do your sunday thing, he does his. Don't talk religion at the dinner table.
There shouldn't be any problem.

It won't work, He could probably get past it but you will always feel like he is going to hell and you need to convert him. Don't do it. Not a good idea. I would never marry a Christian, it doesn't work.
