well, your own profile lists you as a "MODERN DAY HIPPIE."
as someone comfortable speaking on behalf of, or at least in part to the modern day hippy culture, I would ask how much do you follow the hippy creed?
For example, hippies aren't typically known for their hygene, and women are often known for letting things such as arm pit hair run rampant and free.
However, if this approach extends to other areas of the body as well, well...i think we may have an answer.
Listen - I know the balls get sweaty and they can smell and the dedication you women show in those "not so fresh moments" is admirable.
But boy, and unattended region south of the border is no bueno. Try a little freshening and see if it makes a difference. Or ask him. But be prepared for an honest answer.
But hell, some guys are just not into that. but you know what? I bet he would be if he didn't receive unconditional "love"

Some men don't like to do that for a myriad of reasons.
Most of them aren't founded.
Maybe he doesn't know how to do it effectively, and he is embarrassed to mention it to you. Maybe you can tell him. It would be perfect for you, because you can teach him what works for you the best.
The best thing you can do is to communicate with him. Ask him why he doesn't like it. He may say something about smell, or taste, but there are many ways around that. Showering together, washing each other, douches, etc.
Good luck, and it's too bad, I love going down on my lady, and she likes it too.

Is there something wrong with the way you smell or taste? Not to be offensive by asking that, mind you.
Additional: Your additional details don't address my question, sorry. You might be clean and shaven but that doesn't change the way you might taste or smell. I've known a few girls who were very hygienic but they smelt and tasted very bad. I, for one, had always enjoyed pleasing the girl I was with by going down on them, but there was no way I could get past this taste and smell of theirs to do the same with them.
Again, I mean no offense.

My cousin is going thru the same problem with his wife, and it because he say the birth of his first born and he freakish about going downtown on her since then and she very upset because of the fact. Your bf might have had some traumatic event that happen when he was younger and just doesn't like the fact of going downtown on you. You should ask him about it and get deep in the root of the problem.

The biggest turnoff to me is the smell and the hair...if you have hair down there. I know there's nothing you can really do to change the way things smell, but that's just the biggest turnoff to me.
You might try just telling him that if he wants to get some, he's gotta give some. That'll make him think more about it.

you not the only in that situation so am i so i have shaved down there and it seems to help a little more and i make sure i have scented soap and wash down there so that's what i have done i know i have been down on him more then he has been on me but if you love him and wanted understanding talk to him and ask him why he doesn't.

Oh, my boyfriend is the same way. He doesn't like going down on any girl because he just doesn't like the taste no matter how clean they are. Eh...he's also not very good anyway, so I don't usually care.
Try asking your boyfriend why he doesn't do it for you? If it's taste or anything, there's lubricates for that and other things.

my bf actually LOVES going down on me...he knows i get so pleasured and turned on by it that he takes pride and satisfaction that he can make me that happy down there. =) tell your bf how much it would turn you on too...maybe then he'd be more eager to please you there!
i've read a lot of the posts that guys say they don't like the taste or smell. i have a solution for you! although we have never used one, i read in magazines that you can try a dental dam. it's like a condom, but it's a square film that you put over your private area. he can still perform and you can still feel the sensations, but he doesn't have to smell or taste if that's his issue.

Not I, I enjoy that particular activity.
Part of the reason guys don't is a toss up between the smell and the taste.
My wife, oddly enough, did not like me to do that for the same reason. I would come up with her "scent" upon me and she hated is.
(And where were you 33 years ago when I could have used this?)

taste
smell
if you re shaved or not
and it's not always about clean
you have to make it appealing to him, be creative and if that does not help.... try talking to him about it
