Guys might THINK it's a compliment, but speaking as a girl, I think it's very disrespectful. There's nothing wrong with being attracted to the opposite sex and knowing you find another person attractive; and vice versa. But some things are better left unsaid. And if it were my boyfriend's friend saying that, I would feel very insulted and would hope that my b/f would agree. As a matter of fact, I know he would NOT like it.

It's a compliment, but I would watch out for this friend. The last thing you want is to have one of your bf's friends have a crush on you. If he says it again, say something like, "Thank you. My boyfriend thinks so too!" and then walk away. Don't lead him on by asking what he means by that...he might think that you're flirting with him back. I'd hate to see you lose your boyfriend over this!

Some girls might take it as a compliment but I think it's rude and mean, if my boyfriend's friend said that to me (i don't have a boyfriend) I would just ignore it because he should have just called you pretty.

It was a compliment but it was a crude one. He should have just complimented you on your looks period instead of referring to only your breasts and as if they're some object.
Some of you girls need to lay down the law and let these guys know that you're more than a being with breasts attached to it.
Mari...Weekness, I think you're a little mixed up.

It means you have nice boobs, but that doesn't mean it's a compliment. Some girls might take that as derogatory.
It's better to have respect than a compliment.
The type of guy who would say that, isn't respecting you.
Sorry.
(How old are you?)

To him, it's a compliment. He thinks you have attractive breasts. However, it shows a real lack of maturity on his part. A real gentleman would have told your boyfriend that you were attractive in a much classier way.
