I feel attraction and love when I think of Him. He is so beautiful and has really intense eyes that capture my heart! I like having this type of relationship, Him as my beloved, with God. It fits with who I am because I'm an emotional and passionate person. I love being in love, being love, giving love, feeling love and seeing love. Which better God can I do this with? Krishna!!!!

Krishna is the Supreme Person, the Godhead has attracted me towards him of all Indian Gods and Goddesses.
Krishna is the speaker of the Bhagavad-gita, recognized throughout the world as one of mankind’s greatest books of wisdom. In the Gita, as it is also known, Krishna says repeatedly that He is God Himself, the source of everything. The teachings and truth in his Gita is applicable for entire universe and all religions. Though I try to understand it I am unable to achieve my object because there is so much in it like a ocean. His life and pranks are education to us. Can you hate him for a while even ? No. this is the reason for worshiping him than anyothr God. He is Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient. And he is infinite.
Arjuna, to whom Krishna is speaking, accepts Krishna’s words as true, adding that the greatest spiritual authorities of that time also confirm that Krishna is God. Traditions that follow in the line of these authorities have carried Krishna’s teachings down to the present day.
Lord Krishna is the eight Avathar of the Lord Vishnu. Whenever Lord Comes to the world to save the souls, He tries reveal his Identity and suddenly takes it back, because We Can never withstand the truth..(for an example … When krishna kills number of asuras in child age and even when he took the mountain in his finger at his age of 8.) these incidents for any human will thing that it was lord himself.. But yasudha or others just thought that he is child who come to save them.-

I'm not a Krishna devotee, but based on what i know, the appeal is very similar to the appeal to Jesus for Christians. Some argue that the story of jesus is largely borrowed from the story of Krishna. Krishna represents God coming to earth in the form of man to redeem man. he is considered a kind and loving figure who taught humans to love. In theory, he is a noble choice to follow.

Because Krishna represents the Perfection of Manifestation, one can hardly do anything else but fall in love with Him. He will make you very unhappy, though, because He appears and disappears, and so you are kept in a constant state of uncertainty and are always looking around for him like the Gopis did! Of course, that is part of His attraction, that He keeps you in a constant state of longing for Him. I am not a worshipper of Krishna exclusively, but I have had darshan of Krishna after studying the Bhagavad-Gita.

I've had several friends who joined the Hare Krishnas. The essense of the appeal - for them at least - was the idea that this world is merely an illusion. They were all people who had had more than their share of earthly problems, let us say - they were kind of burnt-out on the world anyway - and so the monastic cut-off-from-the outside-world insularity also had great appeal. One of them is still with them, after ten years. As to the theology,I couldn't say.

From a non-Hindu perspective, perhaps because Krishna, the warrior or defender of reality is so close to the human ego, defending his/her limited world.
Shiva - the destroyer of reality - is the one they should pay attention to. This limited experience has to end for the one you want to be created by Brahma (within). Shiva powerfully symbolizes the path of psychological purification as does Christ's story and Buddha's Eight-fold path.

Just as there are so many teachers, so many schools, so many professions and one choses one of many as per his/her own choice/inclination/temperament, similarly one choses to worship a particular form. This is not a matter of argument. You know heart does not know arguments. You must have heard the saying " Dil diya deewar ko to pari kis kaam ki."

I think his eyes attracted me to him more than anything else. They're clear-blue, almost like the the coast of Belize. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
Then there's his personality and his sense of humor...
