I am a worshiper of SHAKTI, she is Parvati, She is Kali, and she is every thing. She is known in 1000 of names.

In Hinduism, the "creative energy" inherent in and proceeding from God. It is exemplified by the female principle, the female reproductive organs, or the goddess Shakti, wife of Shiva. As energy, shakti is viewed as the merging of powers emanating from male gods, and it is possessed by each person. In Tantric Hinduism, the goddess Shakti is associated with the lowest of the chakras, lying dormant within the body as a coiled serpent (Kundalini) that must be aroused to reach spiritual liberation by uniting with Shiva at the top of the head.

Worship of the supreme Hindu goddess Shakti. Together with Vaishnavism and Shaivism, it is one of the major forms of Hinduism practiced today. Particularly prominent in Bengal and Assam, Shaktism takes various forms depending on conceptions of Shakti. In popular worship she has many names, and some scholars consider most female deities in Hinduism to be various manifestations of her. Shakti is worshiped and cultivated as a power that can lead to spiritual liberation. Shaktism is inseparably related to the system of practices for the purification of mind and body that are grouped under Tantric Hinduism.

I am donot follow or aware of any particular method for praying. I pray her in my heart of hearts and I only belive in that prayer, instead of mking all gimmics in the name of prayer or worship. I feel remembering her itself if worship. I not only remember her when I am in trouble or want something, but even when I am happy and full in my heart I remember and I hope this is the proper prayer and worship-

The Hindus worship mother Durga or Ambika , because is the material energy of God, Krishna, and she provide material opulence.
The material sky is under the management of Durgä Devi, or the material energy of the Lord.
The mundaners are mostly worshipers of Durgä-devi, the external energy of Krishna, but they do not know that Durgä-devi is but the shadow energy of the Lord. Behind her astonishing display of material workings is the direction of the Lord, as confirmed in the Bhagavad-gitä (9.10). The Brahma-samhitä affirms that Durgä-sakti is working by the direction of Govinda, and without His sanction the powerful Durgä-sakti cannot move even a blade of grass.

In the Srimad Bhagavatam we find this verse and purport:

"Ambikä [goddess Durgä], who was known as Däksäyini [Sati], again accepted Lord Siva as her husband, just as different energies of the Supreme Personality of Godhead act during the course of a new creation."
PURPORT
According to a verse of the Vedic mantras, paräsya çaktir vividhaiva çrüyate: [Cc. Madhya 13.65, purport] the Supreme Personality of Godhead has different varieties of energies. Sakti is feminine, and the Lord is purusa, masculine. It is the duty of the female to serve under the supreme purusa. As stated in Bhagavad-gitä, all living entities are marginal energies of the Supreme Lord. Therefore it is the duty of all living entities to serve this Supreme Person. Durgä is the representation in the material world of both the marginal and external energies, and Lord Siva is the representation of the Supreme Person. The connection of Lord Siva and Ambikä, or Durgä, is eternal.

I have attained to the Mother, therefore there is no longer any need for "worship". Many Hindus have addressed me as "Mahakali" because they can see Her looking out of my eyes! I still do Shiva puja, though, since Shiva is "my husband". Afterwards I picture myself as the Ardhanarishvara: both Shiva and Shakti in the same body. If you wish to attain to the Mother as well, you must study the methods of the great Avatar, Shri Ramakrishna Paramahansa. That is how I attained.

I am Pagan, Hinduisam never made sense, but Kali Ma did. Instead of a generic Moon Goddess or a mild sweet figure as Divine...
I burn black candles for Her and say Her one hundred names, and Her mantra. My sacrifice to Her is not eating meat.
I don't really like 'formal worship' too much, so the rest comes from me. She is the Primeval and Everlasting force of the Universe. Creatrix, Protectress and Destructress of All.

"As She surveys the entire universe, which is the product of time, with Her three eyes..."

JAI KALI MA!
