What if you're in small claims court, and the plantiff or defendent brings up that you also committed other types of crimes that you never got caught for. Does that mean that it's ok for the cops to arrest you again, during or after court? Were not talking about murder here, maybe fraud or something.

That would fall into the same category as the police on a warrant for a gun and they find A greenhouse full of Mary's J. They can do nothing. And furthermore the allegations in small claims court are just that allegations, unless you openly confess to other crimes, you're good.

The simple utterance or admission to a crime is not sufficient evidence for an arrest. There has to be 'probable cause' for an officer to arrest the person.

If, after your court appearance, the police gather sufficient evidence that a crime has been committed and based on your own admissions/statements, you can be arrested.

Good luck.

Yes, if the police determine (or if you admit) that you've committed other crimes, they can arrest you (outside court).
