i just saw a video of the 04 olympic marathon and baldini ran that split

First, if you were to run that pace for the whole race, it would put you under 2:04.

That being said, there are a lot of marathons where one or more runners will throw in a several hard miles to either ditch the competition or soften them up for a kick at the finish. I don't think it would be uncommon, in a major marathon, to see a 5K segment run that fast at some point in the race.

Yes! In fact, many runners train hard to get a 14:39 in a 5 K race. If you can repeat that several times, you deserve to be in the Olympics.

It's normal for the exceptional runners to beat others and keep running. The best runners in the Boston Marathon can run sub-5:00 miles during their race, but high schoolers race just the mile from 4:30-5:30!

A 5K of 14:39 alone is tough.

yes it is very hard. I am a pretty good runner myself for my age of 15 and i run at my prime a 19:00 5k

That is a phenomenal time for a 5k by itself.
