DON'T PUT YOUR MOUTH AROUND THE BOTTLE, BUT POUR ABOUT 1 OUNCE INTO A GLASS AND SWISH FOR 30 SECONDS AND SPIT OUT. FOLLOW UP BY RINSING-SWISHING WITH MOUTHWASH TO HELP WITH THE AFTERTASTE.

Yeah.
Swish it around a good while but make sure not to swallow a single drop.
I've had to gargle hydrogen peroxide before and don't worry when you
spit it out and suddenly it feels like you have rabies!
(Your mouth gets kind of foamy feeling)

if its the 3% stuff one gets the store, then no need to dilute it - just use it like mothwash - but you'll probably want to rinse with regular mouthwash after using the peroxide.

Yes, you do dilute it, 1 part peroxide to 2 parts water.
This is also a good solution for minor cuts, cold sores etc....
