It's one contact. Color and prescription together if that is the kind of contacts you choose.

You can get prescription color contacts, if that's what you are asking. It would be just 1 contact, never 2 in one eye.

You cant wear 2 contacts in one eye or risk permanent damage. Its one contact that has prescription and color.
