you can , but they will open your eyes !!! is it worth it
I'm an eye surgeon ,and I see people lose their eyes every day , thank God for his gift and appreciate it

no. not possible at this time in the U.S.

there are some rare blurbs on the net about possible iris-color surgeries in 3rd world countries, but for the most part its not doable.

Not possible. You can get temporary colour change with coloured contact lenses
