When my step mother made her first pumpkin pie she put the canned pumpkin in a pie shell and cooked it. No spices, sugar, sweetened condensed milk...nothing but the pumpkin mix. It still makes me laugh when I think about that first bite. Ha!

The first thing that pops into my head is the smell of cookies or brownies baking in the oven. It is one of the best smells in the world!

The first thing that comes to my mind when thinking of baking is christmas,My girls and i bake lots of cookies cakes,pies and anything else we can bake, my girls love it while we bake and wait we sing christmas songs and have a great time.I cant wait for this year.

For cakes and brownies, make something simple at first, use boxed mixes at first, check for "doneness" by testing with a toothpick in the center. Never bake cookies for as long as they tell you to if you want them chewy. Never substitute rice flour for wheat flour...disaster. Use a bread machine to make bread, don't try to do it yourself. Make sure your yeast is fresh.

what come to mind : ok cooking cookies brownies sweets !!
my sis is always baking something with chocolate .

advice : don't ever burn or forget any ingredints .

story : once i added to much oil while making brownies and when they came out they were bubbling ! ha
