Does anyone know a really good bum exercise that works? I am on a diet at the moment and following a balanced diet and doing exercises. I'm losing centimeters around my waist and thighs...everywhere except for my damn bum. Can someone please help me?

Lunges work your quads and squats work lower butt. Also lay on the ground and do pelvic thrusts. Even better if you raise one leg straight up in the air.

Also stair step for cardio is great on thighs. So is biking in the air. Lay on your bike and pretend to be riding a bike for 3 min.

Use the adductor and abductor machine for the side of thighs. Also leg lifts--lay on your side. Put your top leg out at a 45 degree angle in front of you. Raise it up in the air and rotate back down to 45 degree angle behind you. Never rest your leg on the ground. Do 20 of those.

Then knee lifts. Raise your knee as high as possible to the opposite side. Usually people say raise the right knee to the left elbow but I think you should go higher than that if you can. 100 of those.

Squats work well and a good exercise you can do anywhere is just clenching your buttocks, hold for 5 seconds and slowly release, do this a few times and your bum feels as though it's had a good work out.

The best i know is walking on yer bum.U no wen u sit on the floor and walk from side to side on your bum it works great,old fash but great .Good luck hun.

An easy way is to flex your butt-muscles and hold in place for ten seconds at a time.

the vibrating strap at the gym but its always difficult to lose weight from the buttocks

the best thing i know for this is take c o c k up your bum once/twice a day you will notice the difference in acouple of weeks it will also put a smile on your face
