this is never easy. i feel for you.

if you have already had an eye examination, please disregard any answers you may get that talk about glaucoma. laypeople answering these questions here often read "eye" and "pressure" in the same sentence as google it and it comes up with "high eye pressure = glaucoma". since you have already had an eye examination and were deemed "fine" as far as your eye heath is concerned, then you do not have glaucoma. its already been ruled out, as has refractive error (the need for glasses). although you did state that you had some astigmatism, and uncorrected astigmatism is a known causer of headaches...

so, what else can cause the eye/head pain/pressure you describe? unfortunately a myriad of things, each of which has to be painstakingly and singularly ruled out. sinus pressure is a great place to start IMO. other possibilities include: migraines, temporal arteritis, systemic inflammatory conditions, etc etc ad nauseum.

good luck. i think you're going the right direction with the ENT

Well have you had a MRI to check for any lesions in your corticospinal tract, or lateral spinal tract. Those areas in you midbrain and madilla deal with pain, temp, and other important things. Also do you have a family history of heart conditions. Do you eat a lot of meat, like micky D's. There could be a slight obstruction affecting your MCP. Go to the neurologist and have em do a test on you.

No pain is normal, pain happens in response to something wrong it's our first clue to something going on in our bodies now wether it is serious or not is another matter, try a differant dr it sounds like to me it could perhaps be blocked tear ducts since watering relieves the pressure I know tears help to clean our eyes so perhaps your producing plenty of tears and your tear ducts are blocked causing pressure and that pressure is causing pain There are things they can do to painlessly unblock the ducts when my first child was a baby hers ducts were blocked the dr suggested rubbing the area between the nose and eyes to try to unblock them ... goodluck to you

Maybe it's because you need glasses or something the same thing happened to me when i needed glasses, or because you have bad headakes. Also you said that you were depressed, don't be depressed, i love you (as a friend)
