We cruised out of Dover last year on a Celebrity cruise ship. We took the train from London's Charring Cross Station direct to Dover. The train runs about every hour and take about an hour to get to Dover. We actually bought a round trip ticket but did not use the return. The ticket was cheap, like about $25 per person, maybe even less.

We stayed at the Thistle Charring Cross Hotel which is right next door to the train station. So when it was time to go we walked out of one door and into another with our bags.

The train arrives at the dover station and there are taxis to take you to the cruise port which is about 3 miles away. The fare was about $10 Lbs.

You didn't ask any questions so I don't know what else you need to know.
