My boyfriend just broke up with me and he moved out of the apartment while i was at work. I don't understand what happened, because he has always been the type that wants to talk about our problems. But out of no where he just dumps me? without hesitation?

He hasn't done it so easily and w/out emotion....no one does. Its something he's been thinking about for along time and and prepared for. Its a big step, its something you'd have to prepare for. I bet if you look back you'll see some of the signs that something was up. And also take a look at yourself and your behavior.

Speaking as someone that has done this more than once in life...some people can love and move on in the blink of an eye. They can make you feel like you're their everything, talk to you and all, but when they feel the need to move on, they do. I'm sorry and it may hurt, but that is just how some people are. It's not being cold or trying to intentionally hurt you. We just don't like to waste our time and anyone elses.
Don't let it get you down. Move on with your life, go shopping, dive into a book or workout to forget him and someone else will come along.

Is there more to your story?? For a guy who likes to talk about problems, it is unsual to just up and leave like that. But the harsh reality is that maybe he was just talk out. Men are different from women and when they give up on something they really give up. He probably gave up on the relationship a long time ago and decided to get things in place before he left. It is hard but you have to try to move on. Or you can just track him down and demand an explanation on why he left like that.

Could be worse... I mean, he could have cheated or said disrespectful things to you instead if you prefered... I don't think he's an asshole for breaking up like this due to the fact that it could have been A LOT worse...
