The Devil is Scottish, so you might have to visit Scotland. Lucifer is Hebrew, so try a temple or synagogue. Beezlebub lives under the earth, so explore deep caves. And then Satan lives in LA. Take a bus there and ask for El Diablo. I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction.

He used to be listed, but he got so many calls from Jerry Falwell, Ann Coulter and Dick Cheney that he has to go with an unlisted number.
I don't know any way around that.

Hey bud, dont worry about it. He will always contact you, even when you dont know its him. Just sin and speak against God and you are already in major contact with the devil, and unless you are set free from this, you will be lost.
Turn to Jesus today. Only contact Him, He will bless you and save you, but the devil will decieve you, hurt you and take you to hell with him, if you allow it.
M y goodness what motives do you have in wanting to contact the devil? YOu need our prayers and I pray every Chrsitian will be praying for you to contact only God.
