There are many sweet songs and they don't necessarily have to reference that your parents have passed away in order to be beautiful and appropriate.
However--I have been to a couple weddings with similar situations. One of my friends recently got married. Both her mother and the grooms mother were deceased. They sent pictures to one of those online--turn my photo into art. They had 2 canvas pictures of their mothers on display as you walked into the reception--at the beginning of the receiving line. That way they were equal sized pictures that they still have today. They also had their brothers do a butterfly release in honor of their mother's at the end of the ceremony.
Another friend had her father deceased. While she and her fiance danced the song, so that everyone understood that this was in memory of her father she had a slide show of pictures of her father. Everyone was watching that--and it was a special moment.
I've seen a bride have a lil podium with a picture of her father, and a vase with a single rose up near the alter.
I've also heard of brides stopping as they walk down the aisle and putting a rose on the seat that would be reserved for their parents. It is also appropriate to put in the bulletin that the flowers on the alter (if you are getting married in a church) are in memory of your parents.
You want this to be a happy day--so I wouldn't do anything major that causes a moment of silence or too long of a sad moment --but it is a very important day in your life and it is only natural to wish to pay some sort of tribute to the people who would most like to be there on your special day.

Please consider another way to honor your parents. Something symbolic like a Memorial Candle, A picture, or a vase of flowers. Playing songs will create a general downer for your reception, which is supposed to be a happy day celebrating your married life. I am sure your parents would want you to be happy and your guests tofeel the joy of your specail day, rather than shedding tears in their memory.
My fiance's mom passed away a few years ago. He still feels her loss. We are going to put up a table with a memorial candle and a photo of the two of them together. Look here for some ideas. http://www.exclusivelyweddings.com/Memorial%20Candles%20and%20Vases_2.html~curPage~1~idCategory~134

a beautiful song for your mother would be Celine Dion 'Mama' but I've got to warn you, if you play this one, there won't be a dry eye in the house, it makes me cry every time I hear it, just listen to the words.
For your Father I would go with Luther Vandross 'Dance With My Father'
I know it's meant to be the happiest time of your life hunny, but i think we both know your going to be feeling very emotional, I hope it goes beautifully for you, and that all your hopes and dreams come true xx
