not that I am aware of. The auto policy does cover accidents arising out of the ownership, operation, or use of the vehicle so often times an accident can be covered under the medical payments section.
Now then there are separate accident policies and they are very inexpensive and the coverage applies to any accident.

No. There must be some sort of motor vehicle involved in order for there to be coverage under any section. You can't use the liability portion to cover injuries caused by the operation of your boat, and you can't claim accident benefits from a fight in a bar. There needs to be a motor vehicle involved somehow.

No, that would be called ACCIDENTAL DEATH coverage, or HEALTH INSURANCE.
