I like the lady that says to put the hot dogs in boiling water because it's much healthier. HELLOOoooo!!!! They are hot dogs. These are processed meat products. Cold cuts aren't healthy no matter what you do. Me, I nuke 'em. It's faster!

No risk of harming the microwave, but you may well end up splitting open the sausages - not a pretty sight. Just cook them the regular way.

Your hot dogs have wieners!?

Sorry, had to say it.

The hot dog would probably be overcooked on the outside and cold in the middle if you microwave them at full power. Do it at half power and you should be fine, with no need to thaw first.

Microwave by all means just separate them and rearrange them frequently as the outer ones will cook fastest.

We usually microwave them frozen. You just have to keep an eye on them, but they should be okay.
