if i only eat fruit,veggies,yogurt, drink propel and water for 1 week...how much weight will i lose..im 185..5'6

2 pounds is the safest weight to lose in one week. Much over that is unhealthy in one weeks time. And you really need a nutritionally balanced diet. I don't know much about propel but I wonder why you chose it, they must have some good commercials. I lost 70 pounds last year. And I did it by eating nutritionally balanced meals (no more than 1200 calories a day) and I cut out all drinks but water and 1% milk. I have kept that 70 pounds off for over a year now so it definately works.

what about exercise? remember... you lose weight when you use more calories than you take in. If you eat and drink all that stuff, but you lie down on the couch all day, you're not going to lose much weight.

You might gain 2 pounds. Eat SOME meat during that time. You need protein to loose weight.
