Don't try to lose weight, work on the areas you don't like, and remember that some people have body types that don't look like anorexic models, even models are learning that that's not attractive.
I'm 5'5 and with my structure I looked the best @ 140

Im now 26. ive dieted since i was 11, and the only thing that ever worked was to not worry about food, and just walk and rollerblade.I think your at a healthy weight for your height so i would just do exercises cuz losing weight will not tone up the belly or thighs.ive found that as soon as i stop stressin out about my weight i lose, so relax and enjoy your youth, i'm sure your beautiful!!

You don't need to lose weight, because you are pretty tall. I know you think you might need to, but you don't. All you need to do it tone up.
Try a bit of excersise a few times a week. Drink lots of water, instead of chips or pop, have celery with cheese, or orange juice. Little things like that, plus a bit of excersise, and by the end of the summer, you will look much better. Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat.

you're interior the traditional variety on your age and height... once you're in contact approximately it, badger your mothers and dads into getting you right into a game. you are able to desire to income a pair kilos of muscle from it, yet that'll be a sturdy element. A toned and muscled somewhat larger weight looks lots greater powerful than purely a decrease weight.

Sweetie, you don't need to lose weight. If
you feel that your belly/thighs are "chubby" then do some exercises to tone them up.
Pilates has some great toning exercises.
Don't worry so much about looking like a model, or what others think--be yourself and others will love you, k?

114 pounds at 5' 5" is perfect! Leave yourself alone! A lot of guys like the full feminine shape and that includes the tummy, as well as hips and thighs and everything else!

You are underweight. I am not setting standards or anything like that, but at 5'5", and ideal weight for you would be 120 - 140 depending on your body type.
If you have belly fat, just tone up a bit, do cardio to trim a little belly fat.

You do not need to lose any more weight. I am 5'6 and weigh 150 and I look great. You are underweight instead think about gaining 10 more pounds of muscle in order to stay healthy.

As it is, you are already underweight. If you are 5'5" you should weigh at least 120.
What you need to do is more exercise to tone your abdominal and leg muscles. As you exercise, keep a close eye on your weight to make sure it does not go down further.

You need to STOP right now! With you losing all those weight, you would be severly underweight. I mean come on, you would look grossly with a 16.5 BMI. I get people talking behind my back because im 5'6 and i weigh 90 lbs. They would go like, "OMG! SHE'S SKINNY AS A TWIG" It hurts, trust me and aint cool at all. Learn to love your body.
P.S If you want to lose weight really badly, consult a doctor..
