Are you taking advil, motrin or aspirin for any pain or have you started taking a new medicine including an herbal remedy? If you are (and it's over the counter) then stop taking the medicine or supplement and see if your bruising doesn't clear up. If it's a prescription med then read about the side effects and see if bleeding problems are a side effect. If so, talk to your doctor about what you're experiencing. If stopping your over the counter meds doesn't help clear up your troubles then it's time to see the doctor about the issue and get some tests done.

There are any number of very simple things that could be going on that you should rule out before visiting the doctor but don't wait too long to go if things aren't getting better or if you experience any pain.

you may be a bit anemic. If your gums aren't bleeding tho' I doubt it is terribly serious. You can try taking an iron supplement for a couple of months to see if that doesn't help. If you still notice nosebleeds and bruising after a couple of months on iron supplements, or indeed if your gums bleed for no reason at any time, then you would see your doctor to get a blood test for anemia.

when i was in like 5th grade we watched a charlie brown episode and he had a friend that had the same symptoms as you. she bruised easily and she was always very weak (the nosebleeds). she was diagnosed with lukiemia. i say you should tell your parents and get it checked out.
