Pink lemonade is made with a combination of juices(blackcurrant concentrate comes to mind). However, commercial pink lemonade probably isn't any different from regular.

pink lemonade is more attracted by the eye then regular lemonade...yea it's just the color

cranberry juice makes it pink- its a mixture of lemon juice and cranberry juice
