Instead of dieting. Spend your food money of good diet stuff. Also, just freakin' exercise. Cutting corners is not good for character building anyway and it's a turn off. Lastly, you're tying to lose too much weight in too little time. Whatever it is that you are striving for, my suggestion is that you choose your overall health and well-being over whatever you want to lose so much weight over right now!

Um..sorry, but NO diet will make you lose ten pounds a week. That's insane. There are no quick fixes to losing weight and even a diet will fail unless you remain on it. Most people end up gaining the weight back, and thens some.
Start now by lowering your calorie intake and cutting out sugars like pop, candy, ice cream. Lower your carb intake and beef up your protein intake.
Get in the gym and do at least 30 minutes of cardio three times a week. More if you can take it.
Burning more than you take in is the only way you're going to lose weight.

Sure - Eat 1 cup of oatmeal with no sugar or other kind of sweetner for breakfast. Have a salad for lunch with no meat and only a light coating (about 1 tablespoon TOTAL) of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Whatever you want in your salad is OK as long as it is fresh - nothing from a can, bottle or jar added. For dinner - have another salad. For your meat - limit yourself to an amount the size of your palm and about as thick (not the size of your entire hand). Drink only water - no sports drinks, milk or soda. For snacks in between meals - have a piece of fruit or a handful (about 1/4 cup) of raw, unsalted almonds. Read the lables of processed foods you typically eat - look at how much salt and fat you're eating - you'd be surprised. This diet - albeit boring- helps you eliminate fat and sodium (salt) from your diet. The purpose of cows miIk is to make baby cows fat - that concept works on people too. Try to have salads that are more than just iceberg lettuce. Include spinach as it's high in protien, calcium, potassium, and iron - all things your body needs. If you can stick to it - you'll lose the weight you need to.

That's not gonna happen, and if someone leaves you an answer that it is by some miracle diet they try to sell you, is a bunch of BS! Don't waste your money, just get off your butt, start working out on dialy bases, do as much cardio (running, swimming, bike, etc) as you can, cut your meals in half, leave out all sweets, sodas, and any other crap. That's how you loose weight, but it sure won't be in a month. Unless you chop you leg off like someone said.

First of all, no diet will allow you to loose that much weight in such a short span of time. And if you do, you will get sick and gain back even more weight as time goes on.
I am on weight watchers, I LOOOOOVE it! They have an awesome point system that allows you to eat (healthy)within a point value, this diet works miracles! I lost 55lbs on it! No lies.. I walk 2-3 miles everyday, use free weights and pilates. It's so easy and as long as you commit you will get awesome results.
Stay away from fast food, fried food, sugars, alochol, sodas and greasy foods. Eat chicken, fruits (those low in sugars), veggies and for snacks get fat free pringles, weight watchers snacks and rice cakes. Believe me, if you want to look awesome do weight watchers!

Thats because it doesn't exist.
You took a long time putting on that extra weight, and the only way to lose it and keep it off is to do it slowly. Sorry its not the magic answer you wanted.

No, you cannot do this in a healthy way. If you do, you will gain it back. Your body gains weight slowly and comes off slowly. Not a fun fact, but true.
