well i live in richmond va and i just called the number listed above it's a mrs. brown and it is a collection agency so there you go your welcome good luck and don't answer the phone when you see that number!!

You could always call and find out say that the number was on your caller id. If it is a collection agency you will know who it is and what it is for. If you don't owe it then you may find out that someone is using your identity. If you do owe it you can pay it or make arrangements. Or you could say that " This person is no longer living at this address" But for good karma you should just pay your bill.

found out it was in a place called "Clifton Forge" and found 7 listings for a R. Brown there. hope it helps
