It means "Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control in lieu of manual Air Conditioning.
It means that the car has air conditioning as standard (with a conventional on/off switch), but is optionally available with a system where you can set the desired temperature for two separate zones (generally left and right) using an electronic digital control panel, and the electronics automatically adjust the heating and air conditioning to keep the cabin zones at the selected temperature.
Other manufacturers refer to this optional system as "Climate Control".
