If you cannot figure this out for yourself, then seek the help you need to find your answers. I guarantee you there are reasons for why you feel as you do, you just need some help to find those reasons and deal with them. An anger management class will help alot, and so will some time spent with a good counsellor or therapist.

You may just have a chemical imbalance that makes you feel like you are angry all the time. I am not always angry but have an attitude yes, I notice that when I'm around people I like and doing things I enjoy, I not SO b!tchy. You may just need a prescription or to surround yourself with happy things.
Think happy thoughts. Hope you find happiness within.

Do you feel that you have been wronged by someone close to you? Do you go around thinking you deserve everything, and not getting it makes you mad? It is rather difficult to figure out the reason by just reading what you have to say. Maybe you should go see a Psychiatrist and Psychologist. They'd be better at figuring out what's going on. It may be that you need to change your way of thinking, or you may have anger management issues that are rooted in some kind of imbalance within your brain chemistry.

I dont know but I am the same way. I always get mad when I am driving my truck. Or even something simple like shopping for groceries. I am so totally angry.

I'm like that too. I always get defensive and get aggressive if I think someone is disrespecting me. You can learn to overcome it but it will take a long time. I hear Prozac works.

try to take some time off yourself, i was angry for like a year and havent had vacation for 4 years....anyway, i took a three week vacation to relax and enjoy myself (took trip alone)...
After that third week, I spent time home for a week alone catching up things before starting work. I was told by doctor to take a month off of work, i had two weeks paid vacation and one week comp. vacation time...company gave me a extra week paid vacation due to health issue......
I happy now and realize, angry is not my favorite word anymore....try to be happy and enjoy life, you got once to live....

many times when people get angry it's because their egos are getting in the way and making them feel superior.. try to let go of your ego and just take things in stride..

Are you depressed for some reason?.....Sometimes depression or pressure makes you feel angry. You should talk to your doc.
