I work on a call line. The more pissed I get at idiotic customers, the nicer I am. So yep. All the time.

Bafflement I am on the edge of this darkness. I have but brief knowledge of what took place. Cryptic references and 'snippets' led me to bafflement, as someone fell from grace. If duplicity has been someone's byword, this alone is reason for concern, But to bring here curses and threats instead of sweet words Is an affront to our tranquil world. But, I have little knowledge of what took place I am a mere bystander in this dramatic game. So I stand wearing a sorry face Saying 'For shame. For shame.' (spoken)

I had a friend that was always told that he was just average and he would never be anything special. He took that and ran with it doing everything he could to succeed not just to prove other people wrong but to prove to himself that he was worth something. He is an awesome man! :)

My workouts are much more energetic and motivated when I'm ticked off at something. Anger is not a "bad" emotion, it's what you do with the resulting energy that can be bad.

I don't have much personal experience with it, but much of Tantra (both Hindu and Buddhist) will look to use any emotional energy in the service of transformation.
And some of those "angry deity" pictures you see in their art are symbols of forces that will destroy your illusions and such.
E.g., the bodhisattva of wisdom, Manjushri, swings a sword, ready to slice away ignorance.

Anger and hatred is only harmful, to others and ultimately to yourself. To think there's ANYTHING positive about either one is illogical to me.

Sure. I channel frustration into my workout, and come home exhausted and endorphin happy. I pay for it later in sore muscles, but hey, it's healthy.
