At 14, you are still growing. You need not lose weight, you need only not gain any more. You will grow into the weight you have if you are careful about your diet and exercise. Don't eat empty calories, like sweets, or fast food, and get out and be active for at least an hour a day. Dieting at your age could cause permanent and lasting health problems.

How tall are you? Because you CANNOT be overweight if you weigh 8 stone (112 lbs.). Unless you are SUPER short (like 4'2") 8 stone is fine.

You do NOT need to lose weight. Stop trying to be a certain number.

So, you weigh about 112? A stone is 14 lbs, am I right? As long as you're not over 5'2, it doesn't seem as you need to lose weight.
