If you're on the same airline, you probably don't, as the answerers above are correct.
However, if you have to connect to another airline, and you're required to clear customs (let's remember, this IS Russia...the way it is may not make the most sense), you will need what is known as a "Transit Visa" if your flight connects in Russia.

If you are flying through Russia, you need a transit visa. A Russian transit visa is good for 3 days. Here is the info on them, the applications, and where you apply for it.

You can call the Russian consular section for more information (http://www.russianembassy.org).
You would actually be better off (and it is easier/cheaper) if you changed your flight to connect through Western Europe (Amsterdam, Munich, Milan/Maripensa) instead.

If you are actually entering Russia but these kinds of connecting flights are set up to where you don't leave a controlled area as you go from on e plane to the next. You don't really enter Russia.

Depends what passport you're travelling on but some countries will require you to have a transit visa...best check before you travel as you will be denied boarding without the proper visas in your passport.

To be safe you can check with the Russian Embassy web site, they will have requirements on transit.
From what I understand, the answer is NO for US citizens, unless you plan to get out of immigration.
