Hey girls, 26 M here. Ok the thing is I feel I am short. I am 5' 7" and it gets me down when trying to seek out girls. I get my fair share, but it still knocks the confidence down a ton. And thoughts on this situation I am in??? is 5' 7" that short to begon with?? Ok thanks!!!

Well, I am 5'5" and I would more than likely reject a 5'7" guy. Nothing against the guy. I know he can't help his height, but I just prefer taller men (it's a sense of security feeling). My suggestion to you is to try dating shorter women. There are some women that don't mind dating shorter guys. Don't feel bad though. You will find someone who is perfect for you!

cconsidering the average girl is between 5"3' and 6" your right in the middle. I am 5"7' and i prefer guys at least 6" tall. however you may be tall enough for a very petite 5"1'. Also some tall girls like shorter men don't beat urself up over it.

I'm 26 as well and no, 5'7" is not short (it's an inch taller than myself). Don't let something small like that hurt your confidence because quite honestly, it's nothing to be worrying about. My boyfriend is about 2 inches shorter than I am and it's not a problem to me what-so-ever. So, let that confidence shine, that is what will attract the ladies, not your height.

My husband is 5' 7". I don't consider him short. I say he is average. The problem with us is that I am 6' tall.
Don't worry about being short. Height has nothing to do with the person you are inside. You are probably a great person (sorry, don't know you, so can't say for sure ha ha), and you will find someone special soon enough.

i'm 5'6" and characteristic dated adult males 5'7" and up...the adult males that have asked me out that have been shorter than me, have been given became down because of the fact I wasn't interested in them (would not have been regardless of in the event that they have been taller)...I won't say i could never flow out with a shorter guy, yet on condition that a guy my height is very short for a male (standard being 5'10") i do no longer tend to fulfill very many ordinary...

Everyone has something they hate about themselves. Girls think they are too fat, people hate their noses, they smile crooked. It's endless. Once you realize everyone has "stuff" it's easier to move one. Everyone has issues and shyness about something. Sit down with yourself, get in touch with the feelings, feel the feelings fully and then - move on. Can't change it. You are who you are. Girls are attracted to confidence. If you lack confidence they can smell it or something. Lack of confidence is not attractive and being down on your looks will make others agree with you. Personally I love short stocky confident a$$es.

It's not too short- lots of girls are shorter or only that. It's not tall- but that isn't very important anyway. Most girls won't mind- as cheesy as it sounds, personality counts for a lot.

5'7" is not that bad. Just be thankful that you are the height you are and don't be hard on yourself. Most girls don't care about looks. They only care about finding a sincere person that will love them unconditionally. Just be true to yourself and don't let the worlds obsessive desire to be physically appealling hinder you from what you really are...wonderful

It really isn't short. Any woman that avoids dating you because of it is bloody shallow. My husband is only 5'4. I AM a few inches taller, but I don't care. He is more of a man than a lot of tall guys I know. Good luck!!!

find girls who are shorter than u. there are tons of beautiful girls who are way shorter than that. i actually like guys that height because i can wrap my arms around his neck or give a guy a comfortable kiss without having to stand on my tippy toes. i think ur at a great height! don't worry about it!
