This is not normal....please have a vet check her out. They don't go into heat until they're around 6 months old, usually. She should see a vet, anyway, for her shots and just for a routine check up, so, let them check out the bloody diarrhea. If you can take them a sample they can test it. Could be many reasons for having diarrhea...change in food, worms, nerves, illness and so on. Please have her checked and congrats on the new pup!

No, not normal to see blood. Where did you get it from? Was it free or paid for? Sounds like this pup needs to go to the vet. Well any pup would at 12 weeks. Should be the 3rd set of shots by 12 weeks. Dirrea can be normal but not blood. Might have worms and need to be dewormed but should really be looked at by a vet. A Lab pup at 12 weeks may have a weight of around 15 to 20 Lbs. Usually about 9 months old before first heat.

she's stressed out from the new home and new people. try giving her some unflavored yogurt, 2-3 tablespoons depending on 'how big ' she is. this will put the good bacteria back into her system and clear up the diahrea and the blood spots. if the diahrea and blood continue after a few days, definatley call your vet. As for her heat cycle, she should have her first one at around 6 months and expect it to be long and very bloody.

Blood in the stool is not normal. Could be all kinds of things from parasites to parvo.
Take her to the vet - bring a sample of stool (with or without blood) with you.
She'll come into season at anywhere from 6 - 9 months of age or so. Get her spayed before that and you won't have to worry about all the spotting, unwanted visitor dogs or mess.

I wouldn't think that she would be in heat already unless she is much older than they told you she is. I'd take her to the vet (you need to anyway for shots and a checkup) and see what they say. The diarreah is probably just due to the stress of being in a new place.
